Cerato Systems was formed in 1996 to provide system and enterprise management services across industries including IT, financial, telecoms and the public sector.In 2003 started development of a cost effective service management solution which evolved into the Cerato Integration Technology (CIT) framework.
The CIT framework has been used to provide a number of solutions for system, performance, enterprise and service management for major telecom providers and strategic suppliers to the NHS.
